Our handy protective packaging for small mobile phones is a simple to use inflatable postal packaging air bag which provides reliable all-round protection and can easily be fitted into a cardboard postal box or bubble bag for dispatch or storage. Supplied flat-packed in packs of 50, each mobile phone packaging bag is just 140cm x 180cm when deflated, so they need little storage space. The bags inflate instantly with a small compressor or small pump (both available separately) and are ideal for electronics as they also protect against moisture and humidity. Totally recyclable.

Nothing could be easier or more effective than our protective packaging for small mobile phones. It is the ultimate fragile packaging solution, an air column bag made from tough co-extruded plastic with 2cm multi-chambers, and an open flap to fold over. When inflated, the bag wraps around the phone and cushions it for total protection. You can then pop it into a small postage box or padded envelope for mailing or storage. The air cushion bag is inflated on demand and instantly via its inflation hole, using a small pump or simple compressor (both can be supplied separately). It’s an environmentally-responsible packing material as well, since it is completely recyclable.

This innovative cushioning method is the ideal protective packaging for small mobile phones. It has superb shock absorbent properties but the clever design and advanced valve technology means that the phone will still be protected even if one of the air chambers accidentally becomes punctured in transit. Vitally, our mobile phone packaging also protects products from moisture and humidity.

Our small cell phone bags are sized 12cm x 15.5cm when deflated. Supplied in packs of 50, they are convenient to store ready for use as required, taking up very little space. There is no need to worry about finding additional void fill materials when packing your cell phone.
