Paper Padded Envelopes

These eco mailers are simple to store and use, being paper padded envelopes with a pocket format. They have a 50mm fold-over flap and a self-adhesive peel-and-seal strip for secure closure. Our “Flutelopes” are cleverly constructed with a corrugated paper lining inside the envelope. This provides a plastic-free lightweight protective packaging solution in place of the traditional bubble mailer or jiffy padded bag.

Made from uncoated matt white paper, these corrugated envelopes are completely recyclable, biodegradable and compostable while offering a professional and attractive presentation. They are ideal for general use and are the perfect environmentally friendly solution for any business looking to use more sustainable packaging.

This packaging is Royal Mail Large Letter size, measuring internally 265x180mm (H x W) and externally 285 x 200mm (H x W), with 145gsm material weight. Our eco mailers are also available in A5 (Large Letter) and A4 (Small Parcel).
