These A4 cardboard envelopes are supplied in economical packs of 100 – perfect for online traders, retail and mail order businesses. They need less storage space than bubble bags and provide a low-cost versatile mailing solution with better edge and corner protection than bubble wrap envelopes.
Manufactured from top quality 400gsm cardboard sized 234 x 334 mm, our convenient rigid envelopes / book wraps have a high tack tamperproof peel-and-seal feature and easy open ripper strip. There’s no need for packing tape or additional wrapping, although you could use coloured or white tissue if you wished to prettify the goods inside. Our stiff board envelopes offer an attractive professional postal packaging solution, with a smooth Manilla brown Kraft surface on which you can stick labels or documents enclosed wallets, or just write on directly.
Often referred to as “capacity book mailers”, they have capacity creases which are cleverly designed to allow the cardboard shape to expand to the thickness of the contents (up to 50mm). Obviously, the more the capacity is increased, the less is the envelope’s overall size.
