Our A5 cardboard envelopes are made of top quality strong 400gsm board sized 180 x 235 mm. They are supplied in cost-effective packs of 100 – ideal for online traders, retail and mail order businesses and offering a secure but flexible mailing solution. They are the answer when you want to post (or store) items in a protective board backed envelope but need extra depth, and can also be used for book packaging instead of a conventional book box. The clever design of our postal all board envelopes, with capacity creases, enables them to adapt to the thickness of the item/s placed inside, up to 50mm, while still providing secure all-round protection. Obviously, the more you increase the envelope’s capacity, the more you decrease its overall size.
Our rigid mailers are tamperproof with a high tack self-adhesive peel and seal closure and easy open ripper strip. Requiring less storage space than bubble wrap envelopes, they also provide better edge and corner protection from impact. No further wrapping is needed but coloured or white tissue paper is a good choice if you just wish to enhance the goods inside.
These book mailers / cardboard envelopes offer a professional finish, with a Manilla brown smooth Kraft surface that you can easily attach adhesive labels or documents enclosed wallets – or simply write on.
