This protective bottle packaging is reliable, quick to use and convenient to store since it is all flat-packed. It consists of an inflatable air cushioning packing bag, with multi-chambers specially designed to fit and mould around an individual bottle of wine, spirits or champagne, with a sturdy double wall corrugated cardboard bottle carton to hold the bag. You use a small compressor (available separately) or air line to inflate the air bag when needed.

Product Description

Our inflatable glass bottle packaging is very strong, offering a postal packing solution with maximum protection and shock absorbency. This is due to the top quality of the inflatable air bag and its multi air chambers that allow it to conform to the shape of the bottle and cushion it from knocks and bumps. Made of co-extruded plastic, the air column packing system also has the advantage of superior valve technology. This means that the bottle is still protected even should an air chamber suffer a puncture while in transit. The packaging bags are stored flat-packed, then inflated on demand with a small air compressor (available separately) or air line, easily inserted into a small green nozzle on the air cushioning.

Protective Cardboard Outer Box

This innovative protective bottle packaging solution is completed by a robust corrugated bottle box, made from double wall cardboard, perfect for labelling and posting. The whole process is extremely quick and easy: just place the bottle in the bag, inflate, pack it in the outer carton and post. No need to find extra void fill or a suitable postal box, and the parcel remains the economical Royal Mail Small Parcel size.

Our air packaging for single bottles is sized 21cm x 41.5cm when deflated and comes in packs of 48. The cardboard boxes are supplied flat-packed so the whole packaging solution is convenient to store and ideal both for high and low-volume use. The air cushioning is moisture and humidity resistant, and all the materials are recyclable so this is an environmentally-friendly post and packing option.
