Book Mailing Boxes
Our ingenious book mailing boxes are the perfect means to safely ship or post books and other solid flat items like catalogues and printed materials. Our book mailers are made from strong, protective card. We have three types – the traditional twist and turn mailer, our pre-creased wraparound styled mailers to fit snugly round your item/s or capacity expanding cardboard envelopes. All three will conveniently pack several items of different depths - depending on their size.
Available in A5 and A4 formats, all our flat-packed cardboard book mailing boxes are easy to store and can be assembled in no time which makes them highly efficient packaging.
Mailing books and other solid flat items can be quite a challenge as conventional cardboard cartons may be too big while standard mailing bags may not offer quite enough protection. We offer 3 different types of specially designed book packaging to solve this problem.
Our traditional-style book mailers are made from recycled single wall corrugated card that’s perfect for protecting the contents from damage. Choose from the different sizes of the book mailing boxes to post a wide range of book sizes: they are supplied already pre-creased so you can easily fold over the inner flaps just where you want them according to the depth of your package. Simply place the mailer on a flat surface, put the book in the centre and fold the flaps of the book mailing box around it. Seal with one of our packing tapes.
We also have wraparound-style book boxes and envelope-style “capacity book mailer” cardboard envelopes. They are both quick and easy to use, with peel and seal closures and ripper opener strips, and need no adhesive tape or glue. Their Manilla brown smooth Kraft surface is easy to write on or stick on address labels.
The book wraps are manufactured from strong 400gsm corrugated B flute cardboard, and both the A5 and A4 sizes fit Royal Mail’s small parcel category (2kg weight limit). The height is adjustable up to 80mm. Combined with their extended corners, they give snugly fitting all-round protection from denting or crushing in transit.
Our lightweight but strong A5 and A4 stiff capacity envelopes offer a low cost and versatile postal solution that fits Royal Mail’s large letter class (up to 25mm thick and 750g). They are made of 400gsm board which is constructed to expand up to 50mm in depth depending on the contents. They are ideal for mailing a wide range of flat items.
